Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- Lemon wedges
Steps
- Pat salmon dry; season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil over medium‑high until shimmering.
- Sear salmon, skin‑side up, 2–3 min until golden; flip.
- Add butter; baste 1–2 min to medium.
- Rest 2 min; serve with lemon.
